The original Burnet location’s space is covered in wood and tastefully decorated as if it plans on sticking around for at least a hundred years. Pinthouse is the first brewery / brewpub to be 100% PVC-free in our draft system, which insures that our house beers and guest brewery offerings taste as clean as possible.

Stay tuned for all of the details your craft beer loving heart desires. In addition to offering up some pretty solid pizza, Pinthouse operates as a brewery, now with four locations around Austin. They brew a variety of styles, but are probably best known for the Electric Jellyfish—a hazy, NEIPA that until recently you could only get on site. Now it’s available in cans, but you can still make a visit to eat some pizza and drink on one of their patios.

Inspired by our mutual love of Simcoe, this decidedly West Coast IPA showcases both Russian River and Pinthouse selected lots of Simcoe. Built upon a clean canvass of premium Pilsner malts, Coastal Cool features a mix of Simcoe six ways selected from our friends Yakima Chief Hops. Including- T90 Pellets, Cryo Hops, Whole Leaf, IQF “Fresh Frozen” Whole Cone, YCH 301 “Fresh Frozen” Cryo Hops & the latest, DynaBoost flowable extract. Coastal Cool IPA: A Russian River Brewing Collaboration

Brewed with a classic combo of Heirloom German malts, and Mittlefrüh and Tettnang hops, this pils pleases the palate with notes of crisp malt, mild spice, and an essence of lemon. Beyond Meat® plant based protein prepared with house spices into a crumbled sausage (GF).

We suggest you conduct a scientific study – by drinking beer – to confirm these findings. This Painkiller-inspired Tiki IPA is brewed with flaked oats, flaked wheat and showcases heavy handed dry-hop additions of our hand-selected Citra and Sabro.
